Getting started
What is Cambistell?
Cambistell is a browser-based AI trading platform for Australian residents. It reads crypto, forex, share, gold and index markets continuously and turns what it finds into trade ideas you can approve yourself or let run automatically inside limits you set.
Who can open an account?
Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Australia. You will need photo identification and a proof of address dated within the last three months to complete verification.
How do I sign up?
Fill in the short form on the homepage with your name, email and mobile number. It takes about two minutes, and an account manager calls you to complete the rest.
Do I need trading experience?
No. Cambistell is built so a first-time trader can use it. Signal mode lets you approve every trade while you learn, and your account manager walks you through the dashboard.
Is there a demo account?
Yes. You can practise with virtual funds and live market prices before any real money is involved. See the demo account page for what is included.
Is there a Cambistell app?
No. Cambistell runs in any web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no Cambistell application in the App Store or Google Play, and anything using our name there is not ours.

Account and verification
How do I log in?
Go to cambistell-au.net and use the email address and password you set up with your account manager. Check the web address in the bar before entering your details.
What documents do I need?
A current photo identification document, such as a driver licence or passport, and a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
Why do I have to verify my identity?
Australian anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules require it of any platform handling client funds. It also protects your account from being opened or used by someone else.
How long does verification take?
Most accounts are verified within one to two business days of the documents being received, provided the images are clear and the details match.
Can I hold more than one account?
No. One account per person. Multiple accounts are a common feature of fraudulent activity and are closed when detected.
How do I close my account?
Contact your account manager or our support address. Any remaining balance is withdrawn to you before the account is closed, and you can reopen later.

Deposits and withdrawals
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is AU$250. You can start at that amount and add more later only if you choose to.
How do I deposit?
Deposits are made in Australian dollars through the partner broker's funding page, by bank transfer or card. Your account manager can walk you through it the first time.
Who holds my money?
Your funds are held in your own trading account with the partner broker. Cambistell is a technology platform and does not hold client money at any point.
How do I withdraw?
Request a withdrawal from your dashboard at any time. Funds are returned to the same method you deposited from, which is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement rather than our preference.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal requests are processed by the broker, and your bank may take additional time to show the funds. Your account manager can confirm the current timeframe for your method.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Cambistell does not charge a fee to register or to keep an account. Any broker charges that apply to funding, trading or withdrawals are set out in the broker's fee schedule before you deposit.

AI and trading
How does the AI decide when to trade?
It reads live prices, chart structure, economic releases and news, and looks for a setup that matches the markets you have switched on. If the setup also passes your risk limits, it becomes a signal or an order.
What is the difference between Automated and Signal mode?
In Automated mode the AI places and manages trades itself, inside your limits. In Signal mode you receive the idea with its entry, stop-loss and target, and decide whether to act. You can switch at any time.
What can I trade?
Crypto such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, forex pairs such as AUD/USD, shares from the ASX and major US exchanges, gold and silver, and indices including the ASX 200 and S&P 500.
Can I set my own risk limits?
Yes. Stop-loss, take-profit, risk per trade, a daily loss limit, maximum open trades and which markets the AI may touch are all yours to set and change.
Can I stop the AI at any time?
Yes. One click pauses all automated trading. Positions that are already open stay visible on your dashboard so you can close or manage them yourself.
Does Cambistell guarantee profits?
No, and no platform legitimately can. The AI improves speed, coverage and consistency. It does not remove the risk of loss, and some trades will lose money.
What leverage is available?
Leverage depends on the asset and follows the limits ASIC sets for retail clients, which range from 30:1 on major currency pairs down to 2:1 on crypto. Lower leverage means smaller swings in both directions.
Will the AI trade overnight while I sleep?
In Automated mode, yes, within your limits. That matters most for forex and gold, where the London and New York sessions overlap between roughly 11pm and 3am Australian eastern time.

Safety and regulation
Is Cambistell legit or a scam?
Cambistell works with a licensed broker that holds client funds, does not promise guaranteed returns, and publishes the risks on the same pages as the benefits. We would rather you checked those claims on the ASIC register than took our word for them.
Is Cambistell regulated?
Cambistell is a technology platform rather than a broker. Trading and the holding of client funds are carried out by the partner broker, which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence issued by ASIC.
How is my data protected?
Traffic to and from the site is encrypted with 256-bit SSL, and identity documents are stored securely under Australian privacy law. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and what is not.
How do I spot a fake Cambistell website or caller?
Only the address cambistell-au.net is ours. We never ask for your password, your bank PIN, remote access to your computer, or payment in gift cards or cryptocurrency to a personal wallet.
Someone called me claiming to be from Cambistell. What should I do?
Hang up and call back on a number you have verified yourself, or contact support through this site. Report it to Scamwatch, and to your bank if you have already sent money.
Does Cambistell give financial advice?
No. Cambistell provides analytics tools and general information. Nothing on this site takes your objectives, financial situation or needs into account, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed adviser.

Fees and tax
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Registration is free and there is no fee to hold an account. Trading costs such as spreads are charged by the broker on each trade.
What trading fees will I pay?
The broker charges a spread on each position, and may charge overnight financing on positions held past the daily rollover. The applicable costs are shown before you confirm a trade.
Do I pay tax on trading profits?
Generally yes, and whether they are treated as capital gains or income depends on your circumstances and how frequently you trade. Cambistell does not give tax advice. Your trade history can be exported to give to a registered tax agent.

What does my account manager actually do?
