About these terms

Cambistell operates the website at cambistell-au.net and the analysis tools made available through it. Trading services, client accounts and the holding of funds are provided by the partner broker under its own terms.

Where these terms and the broker's terms differ on a matter concerning trading, the broker's terms govern that matter.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia to register. You must complete identity verification before an account can be funded, and you must not open an account on behalf of another person.

Information you provide must be accurate and current. Accounts opened with false details are suspended, and any balance is handled in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

No financial advice

Cambistell provides general information, market analysis and software tools. None of it takes your objectives, financial situation or needs into account, and none of it is personal financial advice or a recommendation to enter any transaction.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions, including decisions made by an automated mode you have enabled.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

One account per person. We may suspend or close an account where we are required to by law, where we suspect fraud or misuse, or where these terms are breached. Where an account is closed, any remaining balance is returned to you subject to verification.

Deposits, withdrawals and fees

The minimum deposit is AU$250. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Australian dollars through the partner broker, and withdrawals are returned to the method used to deposit.

Registering and holding an account is free. Trading costs such as spreads and overnight financing are charged by the broker and are shown before a trade is confirmed.

Risk controls and automation

Risk settings you configure, including stop-loss levels, risk per trade and daily loss limits, are applied to trades placed through the platform. You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate to your circumstances and for reviewing them.

Automated mode places trades without individual confirmation. You may pause or disable it at any time. Disabling automation does not close positions that are already open, and those remain your responsibility to manage.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, market data outages, connectivity failures and events outside our control may affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising solely from such interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The content, design, software and analysis on this site belong to Cambistell or its licensors, and are provided for your personal use. They may not be copied, redistributed or used to build a competing product without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, for losses arising from your decisions, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform or the law changes. The version published on this page is the current one, and continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
